It's easy to label certain tasks as "small" or "minor." Answering an email, greeting students at the door, making a phone call to a parent, organizing a meeting, or helping a colleague with a quick question can all seem like little projects. But the truth is, there are no little projects. They are all opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Every project, no matter its size, reflects our values and our commitment to excellence. The way we approach the smallest responsibilities often determines how we handle the biggest ones.
